<p>We have two kinds of finer to choose from. Fruits tend to have fiber that absorbs water on the way through your body and so helps with  softening stools. Nothing like constipation to wreck your day!</p>
<p>The other kind of fiber just adds bulk, and is present mostly in whole grain foods.</p>
