The most important thing is deciding that losing weight is not going to happen overnight, it takes a long time to lose weight. In our instant gratification society, where we don&#8217;t have to wait for anything, this is the one thing we have to wait for.</p>
<p>So resolve to lose weight and resolve to understand that it is a long process.</p>
