New Year’s Resolutions

Did you make a resolution to lose weight? In order to fulfill your resolution, you need to figure out the ONE thing that will make you stick to a diet, or the right diet to keep you on track to lose some weight. The most important thing is deciding that losing weight is not going to happen overnight, it takes a long time to lose weight. In our instant gratification society, where we don’t have to wait for anything, this is the one thing we have to wait for.
So resolve to lose weight and resolve to understand that it is a long process.
