Prevention Magazine’s Ridiculously Healthy Foods

So if I am going to restrict what I eat, I want the food that goes in my body to be as healthy as possible, to stay healthy. Prevention Magazine has a list of  “25 Ridiculously Healthy Foods”. Some were surprising. Here are a few:

  1. Eggs – tons of essential nutrients
  2. Greek Yogurt – twice the protein of other yogurts, and tastes great
  3. Skim Milk- can’t get enough calcium
  4. Salmon – ok, but NOT farm raised
  5. Lean beef – excellent source of iron, but so is wine
  6. Nuts
  7. Oatmeal
