Prevention Magazine’s Ridiculously Healthy Foods

So if I am going to restrict what I eat, I want the food that goes in my body to be as healthy as possible, to stay healthy. Prevention Magazine has a list of “25 Ridiculously Healthy Foods”. Some were surprising. Here are a few:
- Eggs – tons of essential nutrients
- Greek Yogurt – twice the protein of other yogurts, and tastes great
- Skim Milk- can’t get enough calcium
- Salmon – ok, but NOT farm raised
- Lean beef – excellent source of iron, but so is wine
- Nuts
- Oatmeal
