Stay Fit AND Healthy

Once again, Parade Magazine talks about regular exercise and its many benefits, besides helping to keep you thinner. In the November 22, 2009 issue, the author, Michael O’Shea tells us that studies show that moderate physical exercise, which includes just walking in your neighborhood every day, helps you avoid those winter bugs. People who do walk most days, or go out for more strenuous exercise, take 50% fewer sick days. Hey, that’s a lot of extra well time!
