Build Your Muscles

This may be an obvious fact – muscles burn more calories than flab. They burn more calories when you work out and at rest. You burn calories all day long when you have more muscles. This is a good reason to find some weights to lift, maybe some dumbells for upper body and some weights on a small belt to strap to your ankles for lower body work outs.
Don’t do with without first doing some research or consulting with a trainer. You can end up doing some harm if you do some weight lifting incorrectly. For example, if you do bicep curls, you should keep your elbows pinned to your waist and hold the weights loosely so you don’t raise your blood pressure.

You can buy an exercise DVD or find a TV show that you can do weight training with and TIVO it if you can’t watch it at the time it is on TV.

I saw a cartoon of a doctor and a patient in his office, and the doctor is saying – What fits into your bust schedule better, one hour of exercise a day or 24 hours a day of being dead?
