Another Great Reason To Work Out
Good Morning America had a segment the other day about how exercising makes you smarter. Not only are you able to comprehend more, your brain processing speed increases. I always thought exercise allows me to concentrate better, but this new information goes beyond concentrating. Definitely, your brain is more engaged after exercise, and regular exercise has long term effects on the brain, increasing frontal lobe size and increases its connections.
