Put Some Thought Into It

I find that many times during the day, I just want to nibble on something. I am NOT hungry, and sometimes I have just eaten a meal. Why do we have this compulsive need to eat? I try to mentally decide before I go near food to think about whether I need to eat something. Try to separate out whether it is mindless eating. Make a conscious decision to walk away, literally or figuratively, from eating. Think to yourself – I am not going to be a slave to food, I can do this! You CAN do this!!!!!
