Eating Out

Restaurants give us way too much food to eat at one meal. Why do they do that? Maybe they feel that they have to provide a ton of food for the prices they are charging! When you are going out to eat, before you even get there, plan to eat a portion of your meal, and split your plate into the part you are going to eat, and the part you are going to take home. Don’t cheat! Some food is easier to take home and eat later, salads get all wilted and slimy! I try to pick a meal that is easy to take home, or just get an appetizer that has a little meat or vegetables in it, but sometimes even that is too much food.
