Yoga And Losing Weight

Scientists are finding out that yoga has health benefits, including making changes to your brain so you eat less. A study was done 3 years ago that followed the weight of a group of middle aged people. Those who did yoga regularly did not gain weight, while those who did NOT gained an average of over 13 pounds in a 10 year period.

Yoga as so many other healthy benefits as well, we should all be doing it! I am going to go find a class right now!
