Handling Food Cravings

I just heard this on the radio. It turns out, if you have a craving for some food, if you wait for 10 -15 minutes, the intensity of the craving will lessen, or it may go away completely, so you skip eating whatever it is that you are craving. This is a really EXCELLENT tip, although it will never work for my husband because he craves food all day long, every day. I hope it works for you.
