It has now been proven that fidgeters, you know, the people who shake their foot while sitting in a meeting, or can’t sit in a rocking chair without rocking, tend to be thinner. Even this small amount of activity, given our sedentary lifestyles, uses calories. So get in touch with your inner fidgeter and shake that foot!
