Get Out There And Walk (or something)

We know that we need to get out there and exercise, even short workouts are better than nothing. It makes you more healthy. But did you know that after you finish an aerobic workout, you burn calories at a higher level for a few hours? So the benefits last a lot longer than you realize. You say you don’t have time? MAKE TIME! Start with a 10 minute walk. You can’t afford not to make the time.
