A Little Good News

An article in the New York Times today summarized the result of a huge study done on overweight people and metabolic health. The outcome was that your level of FITNESS is a more important indicator of your health and longevity that your weight. This isn’t to say that we should stop trying to lose the pounds, certainly being overweight carries many health risks.
