Keeping The Weight Off

What if you have gotten down to or close to the weight you were trying to reach. That is only half the battle. Every day is still a new battle! You can stop dieting, but you can’t start bingeing, which is what most of us do. If you have starved yourself for weeks or months to lose the weight, your body will want you to eat, eat, eat. So the lesson is, diet conservatively. Make sure you get enough vitamins and minerals, vegetables, all the healthy stuff so your body has what it needs to feed your body.
